I am a United States citizen residing in Bedford, NH. I hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. I also have an M.B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University.

I am a registered U.S. Patent Attorney (Reg. No. 60,133), and I passed the Agent’s Reg. Exam in the spring of 2007. I specialize in mechanical severing devices (AU 3724; Classes 83, 30, 225, 407) with diverse subject matter overlap including electro-mechanical, metallurgical concepts, medical devices, and control systems. Additionally, I have expertise in food devices (Class 99) and comminution (Class 241).

As a solo practitioner, I currently operate Michalski Law, PLLC, where I have drafted numerous wills and estate planning documents for clients.

I served as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Frederick County (August 2008-April 2011), where I conducted public hearings and rendered judgments in quasi-judicial appeals from administrative level zoning decisions for Frederick County. I determined whether applications for variances or special exceptions should be granted, conducted site visits, and made findings of fact in accordance with Maryland’s Sunshine Law, the Open Meetings Act.

Overall, I have a wide range of skills and expertise, including drafting wills and estate planning documents, conducting patent examination, and rendering judgments in quasi-judicial appeals. I am always eager to learn and improve my skills, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of work to all of my clients.
